“We had a wonderful experience with Wallace Services, but it comes with a little story. We hired someone else to replace our existing a/c system. Unfortunately, that person came out and did a substandard job, replacing our old system with a NINE-YEAR-OLD system, even though the contractor told us it was brand new. It quit 3 days later. Needless to say, the original contractor was not responsive to our request to come back and fix his mess. Which brings me to Ryan Boyle. We should have hired Ryan with the first time around. It would have saved us a world of aggravation. Ryan took time out of his busy schedule immediately to come take a look at our problem. He was able to correctly diagnose the problem, performing several tests the other contractor never even suggested. Ryan got to the root of the problem quickly and provided us with serial number evidence that the previous contractor put an old unit in our home. We then hired Ryan to replace the faulty a/c unit. He recommended a brand he thought was high quality, but moderately priced. He was extremely knowledgeable about the problems we were experiencing, how to resolve them and the product lines his company carries. He installed the new unit quickly, efficiently and correctly - the FIRST time. He was respectful and polite and extremely capable in his work. Our new unit has been working for over a month now and our home has never been more comfortable. What most impressed me about Ryan is his quiet intelligence and get-it-done attitude. His word is good. If he says he will be there, he will be there and he will do quality work. I guarantee will not be disappointed.
